Ray Hoskins and Associates is dedicated to improving the performance of Serving Organizations, and both the success and lives of those who work in serving positions. We work with other organizations and a network of independent consultants to assess the performance of organizations and of the leaders of those organizations. We provide services to build strong organizations by improving leadership performance, program design and evaluation, improving hiring and training practices, and coaching individuals within the organizations to be more effective in their work and personal lives.
