The LeadRight Assessment will allow you to see key strengths and challenge areas to help you better lead the world of today. Here are a few key examples of attributes we assess:
· Self-Awareness- How well do you know yourself? Are you aware of your own strengths and areas of improvement? Do you understand your goals, values, beliefs, feelings, strengths, and limitations? How well do you make decisions?
· Managing Stress- How effective are you at handling pressures and challenges that life throws at you as a leader. Are you able to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
· Rationality- Are you able to think logically and systematically through information and emotions? Are you able to make logical and thoughtful decisions?
· Purpose-Directed- How effectively do you use personal vision and self-management to direct and guide yourself? Do you set goals and make plans to achieve those goals? Do you try new behaviors to improve yourself? Do you ask others for help or feedback?
· Leadership Presence- Do you have self-confidence, sense of authority, appear to be competent, and enjoy being in charge? How do you inspire people to follow you and lead by example?
· Strategic- Are you able to logically see ahead and have the skills to anticipate trends and prepare for the future? How strong are you are your planning skills and the ability to communicate vision and plans well?
· Team Player- Do enjoy working with others? How do you contribute to the productivity of the strengths of the team? Are you able to be counted and build trust to win others cooperation?
· Empowers Others- Are you able to delegate and entrust team members with tasks and projects accordingly? How do you define work out comes and performance metrics? Do you coach and support team members to develop skills, knowledge, and experience?
